Do you strive to look differently because you believe that would somehow make you more “lovable”? Would your life improve if you stopped making your physical appearance mean anything about you? If so, would you be willing to try using different belief? Consider this: You are not your body. It’s appearance has nothing to do with your worth or value, which is inherent and unconditional. It’s appearance has nothing to do with who you are, which is a divine, loving being. It’s not about changing your body so you can accept yourself, it’s about learning to accept yourself exactly as you are. Love your body, nurture it, appreciate it, know that is it EXACTLY as it was meant to be for your highest good. Our bodies are merely vehicles for our souls, accepting them as they are brings feelings of glorious gratitude. Would you dare to try on this belief for 1 week with me and see if it improves your life? Yoda wants you to: “Luminous beings we are, not this crude matter” Comment with 💛 if you think Yoda knew what he was talking about 😃
You have never seen a Uhaul behind a hearse! #realtalk
The best gifts in the world are not the material objects you can buy in the store, but the memories you make with the people you love.
Life is short! Do what you love. Don't get caught up in things. Value people, not material objects. Love deeply. Love fully. And have no regrets!
Too many people buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like.
Life is a sacred gift. Spend your time lifting others and you will rise yourself. You get what you give😏
On the journey of awakening, we traverse through many layers, each penetrating deeper than the preceding layer. As such, we have segments of time in which we're feeling on top of the world, like we've got all our shit figured out and we are living in total alignment with our truth. And then, we seem to crash, to fall backward.
I've had to remind myself this last week that this "crash" is also a sign of growth. Instead of falling into old patterns, what's really happening is that we've created the space to go to a deeper layer of our beings. Just as one who walks a circular path up a mountainside, we come to the same vistas again and again, seeing them from a new perspective.
When on our journey these moments arise, it's so important that we are aware of what's going on and that we hold ourselves in love. We acknowledge in gratitude the progress we've made, and surrender ourselves once more to the journey, asking Spirit how we can move through this layer in love, traveling into the depths of our beings to hear that quiet voice which endlessly guides us. We show up, time and again, to do the work presented us, to move through the layers of karma, to honor our own Divinity. And we deeply trust the process, knowing that we are held, believing in love, washing ourselves in holy light.
It doesn't always feel easy, and in my experience there have definitely been moments of feeling it'd be simpler to just stay asleep. In the end, tho, I know that we are here now to wake ourselves and to hold space for our fellow beings to awaken so that we can build a world in which love reigns.
Thank you to all those beings out there holding space for my journey, and thank you to every soul brave enough to be here now. We are blessed to live in this age, and I for one expect endless miracles. Blessed be. 📸via Pinterest
