I was not able to see progress in the gym until I checked my #stress
and corrected my unhealthy habits. If you are constantly under stress, it may feel as though you are getting nowhere, thus leading to even more stress! Find the source. Fix it if you can. Create more moments of genuine happiness and relaxation so that your body doesn't feel like it's under constant attack. Lower your stress, remain consistent, and reap the benefits of your hard work in the gym!💪
