Leg day is always fun.
I actually don't mind leg day, yes I hate it like everyone else but I still don't mind it, makes no sense to me either.
I went in today knowing I still didn't feel good and decided to the appropriate shirt. I also decided to decrease my weights on some of the workouts, because I didn't want to push myself too far knowing I was a little weak tonight. I had times where I had to stop because I felt like I was going to puke. Did I do all of my reps? No, but I also don't care. What's important is that I got up, did something, and gave it my best. I even added some bicep curls in on some of the exercises, so that was fun too.
My girlfriend gets discouraged a lot because legs are her weakest part but I tell her to just push through, do what you can, don't worry about what you can't do right now, time and continuing the program will fix that. This goes for everyone, if you struggle, good, just keep going. If it was easy it wouldn't work. Will it get easier? No, but you will get better.
