You know it's gonna be a good workout when your trainer tells you... "I hope you have handles all around your house for the next few days. Especially going down the stairs and at the potty!" Bahaha! Ouch! Sliding these legs, hips and rear into shape during PiYo Strong Legs! This was another new one to me and I loved to hate it! Haha! That was work, much welcomed work for these legs that I need to keep strong and toned!!! They have a load to carry this spring and summer and some really important work to do in a few months!
So I embrace this work because it is important, energizing, efficient!!! Heck yes! 25 minutes and done! You know you are working hard and efficiently when your workout includes a warm up and cool down and it's done in 25 minutes!!! I am loving these new slippery tools, they are empowering for this Momma and keeping my efforts fresh and specific!!! I was a little nervous to incorporate them at first but I am paying attention to form, being safe and now I'm so excited for shorts season;-)!!!
