The best food isn't always the most glamorous but always worth the wait. We got in line at the world famous Franklin Barbecue just before 8:00 and waited 3 and a half hours to eat this. 1 pound of moist brisket and half a pound of pork ribs with potato salad and coleslaw. The brisket is honestly the best we've ever had. Coming from SF we're no strangers to waiting in line for food, but this truly was an experience.
